Berke Associates operates on the belief that most individuals and organizations only access a relatively small percentage of their potential creativity and wisdom. This is not due to a lack of commitment, ambition or even good intentions, but because of a failure to recognize and utilize a wider repertoire of possible behaviors.
Most individuals and organizations rely on one or two basic approaches to solving business and employee problems. Often, these approaches do not work and organizations become stuck in the wrong solution cycle. Berke Associates recognizes that this tendency comes from our natural willingness to work harder and longer in order to "make things right". The problem with this tactic, particularly in the realm of employee interaction, is that working twice as hard often makes the situation twice as difficult.
Chuck Berke and his staff are systemically trained at tracking ineffective and problematic interactional patterns on an organizational and individual basis. They help their clients identify alternative courses of action, and assist in leading organizations towards the results that benefit the organization most.
